Package from Dressgal #1

Hey guys,

How have you all been? Sorry for being absent again for a little bit but I'm back with a new post. I said previously that I was feeling a little lost and this carried on for a while longer but I am starting to heal and come back to myself again.

So what's new? Well, my mom officially moved to Germany a week ago which is absolutely crazy! I was both excited and terrified but it seems she is loving it there which makes me verrrryyy happy. I miss her all the time though, but that's something I have to get used too. Apart from that, things have been absolutely hectic with work; my close friend was given the green light by the doctors after his surgery and came back to work on Friday, it's nice to have him back. Otherwise we are headed out for a sushi dinner tomorrow night.. of course it's gonna be hilarious and full of great memories as always.

I recently got a generous package from Dressgal who contacted me asking if I wanted to pick out $25 worth of clothes. I picked out a whole bunch of versatile things that I can wear in winter, summer, work, not work, whichever. What I love about these kind of stores is how you can try out trends for super affordable prices.

In total I picked out 5 things, one of which didn't fit but that's okay. In today's post I styled two of the items that I got. The first is this beaaaaautiful patterned skirt and the second these whacky but hella cool cat-eye sunglasses. I wore this outfit for work but loved how put together and chic it was, so I had to share it with you guys!

Hope you love it as much as I do. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Light and love,
xx

Halcyon Birds

Hi petals! How was your weekend?

Saturday my family and I went to a beautiful herb garden where they also make their own essential oils, tea, body products, air room fresheners and all kinds of other stuff with beautiful herbs and flowers.

Today was a more relaxed day, mostly just chilling out at home but I thought I would style an outfit. I'm wearing a pair of nude loafers that I also got when my sister's boyfriend took my family, shopping. I paired them with my black trousers and this gooorgeous royal blue and red patterned blouse that I got from Zara a few years ago. What I really love about the blouse is how the front has a deep neckline and crosses over at the front.

Let me know what you think of the outfit in the comments,
Light and love,

Make You Feel

Today was a beautiful sunny Sunday, so my mom and I decided to go out for a walk and enjoy it. I'm wearing new clothes in this outfit again, which are the mixed striped dress, the leather jacket and the cute little black ballet pumps.

I am absolutely in love with the whole look and how everything fits. The feel of the outfit is very sexy and feminine but still chic and edgy with the leather jacket and monochrome color palette.

Light and love,
xx

Talking Body

On Sunday, my sister's boyfriend surprised us by arriving earlier than planned; he got in late that night so my mom and I only got to see him on Monday. We went to one of my favorite sushi restaurants here in Limassol and then my sister, her boyfriend and I went to go see Fast and Furious 7. I had never seen any of the Fast and Furious movies until this one but I really enjoyed it, I absolutely fell in love with Vin Diesel as an actor and it was also very sad because he made a tribute to Paul Walker at the end of the film.

For our family outing I styled this super quirky and cute outfit. I went for all black, with a navy cardigan but went for black floral shorts to add a statement. I love how the turtleneck works with the high waisted element of the shorts.

What do you guys think? And have any of you seen the new Fast and Furious, what did you think of the movie?

Light and love,
xx
