Birthday Outfit, Maybe?

If you've noticed the title of this post, this is an outfit I am thinking about wearing on my birthday. I turn 18 on the 17th of February and on the day my family and I are planning to go out for dinner, and then on the Saturday we're gonna go dancing which I am so excited for. For the dinner I was thinking of this outfit; it's cool, minimal but still dressy with the heels.
What do you guys think?

Oh in other news, I'm also probably getting a tongue piercing as a birthday present which I am over-the-moon excited to happen.

I styled a plain black tshirt with a pair of cargo jeans from my mom's closet. On my mom they are actually skinny jeans, but because she's a couple sizes bigger than me, so they are more loose on my body. I think the fact that they are loose makes them look very trendy and fashionable on my silhouette type. I then topped it all off with some statement jewelry and my favorite pair of lace up cage heels from Zara.

The heels are old stock Zara which made it hard to find them online but I did link a similar pair.

Heads Above

Hi lovelies, I'm back!

Can't believe it's almost the weekend already, how was everyone's week?
Today I'm sharing with you this very sophisticated but still laid-back look. The outfit as usual is relatively minimal. I styled this beautiful high-low skirt that you've seen before on the blog but this time in a more winter appropriate way. I added the faux fur vest for some warmth and a luxurious element. I also decided to go with gold jewelry and a low ponytail.

Light and love,

On Call

I am truly so in love with this cape that my sister got me for Christmas, it instantaneously glams up any outfit and you can wear anything you like underneath.

For this look my sister gave me the advice of fastening the cape at the waist with a belt which resulted in giving it some shape on my body and giving it more of a feminine silhouette. This is a very romantic minimal look but is still very comfortable and retains some warmth. I really like the neutral color palette which helps the statement lip stand out. Definitely an outfit I would wear on a romantic lunch date!

Light and love,
xx

Tempest

Today I styled another comfy chic outfit where I threw on a very relaxed ensemble with the striped knit sweater, ripped jeans and converse but made the look more put together by adding this beautiful knit asymmetrical blazer with gold zipper detail. Of course I had to add a statement lip and some cool earrings.
